These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NovaBox mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using NovaBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use NovaBox. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You are responsible for the files and content you upload to NovaBox. You confirm that you have the rights to store and share any content you upload.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
NovaBox allows you to generate share links so others can access specific files. Anyone with a valid share link may be able to view or download the file, depending on how the system is configured.
You are responsible for how and with whom you share your links. If you delete a file, existing links may stop working or display a "File not found" message.
We aim to keep NovaBox available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
NovaBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of NovaBox, including loss of data or content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to NovaBox if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to other users or to the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published means you accept the new Terms.
